This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 06, 2007:
Here are a few - and some of those even more so!
Others - my old friends Scott and Chris, with whom time doesn't seem to matter.
Then there are statesmen like Nelson Mandela and The Elders, poets like Neruda and Rilke, writers like Milan Kundera, teachers like Mipham Sakyong, Thich Nhat Han and so many that I neglect to list...
But I don't deal with them on a daily basis.
I deal with my friends and the people around me. And I love them. Make love to them. Fight them. Struggle with them. Help them. Make mistakes with them. And they do the same (of course not all to all or all with all, but that goes without saying).
What drives me isn't one big idea. It's a few big ones and countless little gems that we create together in the process of relating.
