1) I grew up in Maine. You probably can't detect the accent unless I've been around family for a while.
2) I have that fun thing called Attention Deficit Disorder. It's wonderful and infuriating, sometimes both at once.
3) I've fixed Macs, published newspapers, valeted cars, managed a Ritz-Carlton on the overnights, cleaned condos, painted lumbermills (and their machinery), built rock walls, stocked groceries, and worked in the web industry. I've loved all of those jobs in some way.
3a) I forgot what I was thinking of for #4...
4) I took 5 years of Latin, the 5th of which was nothing but translating Roman literature from the original language. I loved it so much I was the state President of the Maine Junior Classical League, and was in USA Today at one point for my Latin Achievement scores.
5) I use facial moisturizer. The expensive stuff from Keihl's: Multi-Purpose Facial Formula for Men.
Hmmm.... I'll update this with the people I'm tagging verrry verrrry soon.

Help

{giggles} I just LOVE 3a … !!! And now, thanks to #5, we know how you keep up that youthful countenance!
Requiem!! (sp?)
dude! every men knows that Clinique for Men is a lot cheaper and works well. now how do you say that in Latin? :)
was going to come up with something witty but I'll just enjoy laughing at the comments . :)
Hey Jake,
I took a workshop with David Allen of Getting Things Done fame, and got to meet him. He says that at least half of the million and billion dollar CEO's he works with have ADD. It is thru their creative and ingenious over-compensation tactics that they consistently achieve above and beyond challenging obstacles that may seem insurmountable to others.
ADD could be the greatest thing that ever happened to you…take a peek at what's hiding behind it? Your inherent creative superpowers, mayhaps? :)
WOW! :)
